Lemon University, known as Lemon U, which is a fun, engaging workshop to prepare youth entrepreneurs to start their Lemonade businesses! On Sunday, May 16, the FAMU School of Business and Industry will host Lemon University (Lemon U), which is a fun, engaging workshop to prepare youth entrepreneurs to start their Lemonade businesses! During the 2-hour workshop, the Lemonade Day Tallahassee team will conduct an overview of the lessons for our young entrepreneurs to start thinking about their timeline for Lemonade Day which includes logistics, branding, as well as safety, and sanitation! All lessons will be presented by city-wide adult volunteers! Each parent or mentor is asked to accompany no more than 4 youth, each. K-12 youth will break up into different groups by the age: 4-6 year-olds; 7-10 year-olds; 11-13 year-olds; 14 and up. There will be mini-trainings, games, a pizza lunch, and prizes! Each youth participant will receive a Lemonade Day Tallahassee Entrepreneur T-shirt!
