ASHBURN, VA — A girl was struck by a vehicle in an Ashburn crosswalk on Monday morning, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Police said the girl's injuries were not life-threatening. The crash occurred around 10:40 a.m. at the intersection of Legacy Park Drive and Olympia Drive in Ashburn, according to the police report. The child was walking with a guardian in a crosswalk before the crash. A vehicle then hit the girl as it was making a left turn from the stop sign, authorities said.
