HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Drivers were advised to avoid part of Otsego Street on Monday night due to a crash, officials said. A vehicle rolled over on Otsego Street between Adams and Stokes streets, the Susquehanna Hose Company reported before 5:15 p.m. A second advanced life support unit was called to the scene, crews said. "Please avoid the area," the Susquehanna Hose Company advised.
