According to Shay, the container's plastic burns at high temperatures and produces highly toxic smoke. The fire then spread to adjacent products, including a car on a nearby property.
Crews extinguished the fire in about an hour, Shay said. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, Shay said.
