Gentle pre-natal yoga
Prenatal yoga is a comprehensive approach to calmly preparing for motherhood through the mind, body and spirit. Each class will have a different theme, including heart-opening, restoration and side-bending with mindful relaxation and natural labor poses peppered throughout.
Join instructor Jen Ryan, RYT, RN and RPYT-in-training, for a journey connecting you with your baby-to-be, the evolving path of pregnancy into motherhood and the ever present moment.
Please bring water, a mat and bolster.
