PATCHOGUE, NY - Patchogue residents will get the chance to cast their votes for their local representatives on Tuesday. Mayor Paul Pontieri will be running for re-election. He is running unopposed for his fourth term. In addition, several village trustee seats will be up for election. Incumbent trustees Jack Krieger, Lori Devlin and Thomas Ferb, will be running for re-election while challenger James Skidmore is also up for a trustee position. The 2020 village election will be held on September 15 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. There are three polling places located throughout Patchogue village to vote from depending on where you live. For those living in election districts 17, 18, 21, or 23, the voting location is Village Hall on 14 Baker Street.Residents in election districts 19 or 20 will be voting at the Parks and Recreation Building on 380 Bay Avenue. Residents living in election districts 15, 16, or 103 can vote at the Knights of Columbus on 38 West 1st Street. Residents will be required to wear masks while voting and social distancing measures will be enforced.
