JEFFERSON, LA – Starting on Monday, May 9, 2022, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., one eastbound lane at a time and one westbound lane at a time of Lapalco Blvd. Bridge over the Harvey Canal will be closed.
This closure is necessary to repair damaged wiring for signal lights on the bridge at a cost of $225,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, June 17, 2022 at 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
