CONCORD, NH — Lillian Robitaille, born 1999, of Barnstead was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on May 2, 2022, on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation. She was arrested after an incident at 90 S. Main St. Jeremiah R. Goodbread, born 1977, of Concord was arrested at noon on April 30 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street. Keith Richard Fleming, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on April 29 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Also arrested was Wendy Jean Fleming, born 1963, of Concord on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. They were arrested after an incident on Walker Street. Helmi Marie Ryan, 49, of Concord received a summons at 8:40 p.m. on April 26 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. She was arrested after failing to appear at the arraignment of two controlled drug charges in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 21. Brian Thomas Bilodeau, 62, of Concord was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on April 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Airport Road. Ryan M. Plantier, 36, of Concord was arrested at 3:18 a.m. on April 24 on a bench warrant after an incident on Broad Cove Drive. Casey T. Murphy, 29, of Concord was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on April 23 on two bench warrants after an incident on Hall Street. Jacob Todd Jones, born 2004, of Webster received a summons at 9:16 a.m. on April 22 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street. William Henry Driscoll, born 1965, of Salem was arrested at 10:31 p.m. on April 16 on a violation of a protective order charge after an incident on Lyndon Street. Shannon Marie Utter, 43, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on April 16 on two warrants and a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. An officer driving on Fort Eddy Road near Market Basket saw Utter standing in the median panhandling for handouts, a report said. The officer ran a check on her and found she had two no bail warrants out of Merrimack County Superior Court. The officer parked the cruiser, walked over the Utter, told her about the warrants, and arrested her. When asked if she had anything that would not be allowed at the county jail, she told the officer she had methamphetamines in her bra, an affidavit said. Utter was taken to police headquarters for processing where a female officer searched Utter and found the meth, according to an affidavit. She refused bail and was taken to the county jail. According to Merrimack County Superior Court, she failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing on March 30 on five drug possession charges from April 28, and Nov. 18, 2021, in Concord.
