PITTSBURGH, PA — Two Pittsburgh schools are on a modified lockdown today after three people were shot Monday in the city's Allentown neighborhood, one of them fatally.
Isaiah Dennis Anderson, 17, was pronounced dead at the scene. The shooting occurred around 6:15 p.m. in the 700 block of East Warrington Avenue.
The schools Anderson most recently attended, the Pittsburgh Student Achievement Center and Pittsburgh Carrick High School, will be on modified lockdown today, according to the Pittsburgh Public Schools.
A second male victim received gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was taken to the hospital by medics in critical but stable condition. A female was grazed in the leg and is in stable condition.
Police have no suspects at the moment. The investigation is ongoing.
