Property Clean Up, Organizing, Mowing, Weed Eating, & Hauling Rocks, Pruning, General Building Maintance, Gutter Cleaning, Digging, Landscaping, Retaining Wall Construction, Landscaping Lighting, Exterior Painting, Fence Installation, Planting, Brush Clearing, Brush Burning, and other misc task. Part Time - 2-4 days a week, or 24 hours per week depending on your schedule. The position is permanent with flexibility. We own a small company that uses the property for tools & material storage which is a steady flow of task while employees are dropping off and picking up multiple times a day. Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass back ground check Drug Free Able to lift up to 50lb Paid By Weekly Must have some experience with the listed tasks You be expected to work 2 hour shifts minimal No smoking while working, and smoking only in vehicle on break only. No loud music (head phone only) If you have good References (Bonus) Work will be in Vancouver near Home Depo and Andreson Once a schedule is established you will be expected to maintain Full Time Option with the parent company is possible and medical/dental after 90 days
