My wife and I are looking to buy a one-family home in Blue Point, NY. We sold our home in Long Beach, NY. We are currently staying with family and have no house to sell and no mortgage would be required. Looking for "BLUE POINT" only. No main roads (No Middle Road). Double garage or room for a double garage. In-ground pool or room for an in-ground pool. Unfinished basement is fine. Half an acre is fine. One level is fine but prefer two levels.
