2 Elmhurst DUI Suspects Passed Out: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested four people on DUI charges. Two of the suspects were reported as being passed out. Here is information from the reports: Anna Agosta, 26, of Oakbrook Terrace, was arrested about 3 a.m. Sunday at Grand and Lake on charges of DUI, stopping on the roadway and possession of open alcohol. According to a police report, Agosta remained stopped at a traffic light through several cycles. She was found asleep behind the wheel. She was released on bond. Ulises Chavez-Montoya, 36, of Dubuque, Iowa, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of North York on charges of DUI, obstructing identification and driving an uninsured vehicle. According to a police report, he was found slumped over the wheel. He was released on bond. Ariel Cifuentes Ramos, 33, of Bensenville, was arrested about 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of North York on charges of DUI, no valid driver's license, improper lane usage, transportation of open alcohol and failure to wear a seat belt. He was released on bond.Emirjona Hoxha, 33, of Bensenville, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Friday at Route 83 and North on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, improper U-turn and violating minimum speed regulations. She was released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
