Press release from the Cass County Government: May 9, 2022 The flooding waters were going down but the rain in the last 48 hours has the Sheyenne River at Kindred staying high and a new crest of 90.5' is expected at Harwood. This will likely overtop Cass 17 and Cass 20 north of West Fargo. Both the Rush and Maple Rivers are going back up but won't cause significant issues except where they go into the Sheyenne near Harwood. The most significant impacts are expected in the following areas: The Sheyenne River near Harwood Residents in the identified areas should be alert for updates and changing conditions.
