Press release from the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191: 2022-05-02 The 2022 Open Enrollment window will begin on Monday May 2, 2022 and go through Friday May 13, 2022. To access the Open Enrollment platform, please check your email with login information. Your current benefit elections will roll over to the new plan year with the exception of your Flexible Spending Accounts and the new benefit offering of Short Term Disability (STD). Short Term Disability is a new benefit offering so there is nothing to roll over from the previous plan year. In order to have a Flexible Spending or Dependent Care Spending Account for the 2022-2023 plan year you have to make an election. Here are some helpful tips if you are making any changes to your benefits: Have your dependents' social security numbers available if adding them to your benefits Dependents who have other coverage such as Medicare, have their plan number available to enter in the system (information will be transmitted to PreferredOne to ensure accurate claims processing) Update beneficiary information as needed For those who were not able to attend an enrollment meeting a recording of the presentation is attached along with the presentation.
