Need HVAC in MH

Hi, We have a Mobile home that needs a new/ rebuilt HVAC. It is a 3 bed room, 2 bath around 1,400 sf. Guessing a 3 ton? Hvac direct has a new 3 ton with electric furnace for around 3200. Can you install if I buy? how much? And anyone have a new one for a better price? MH located in Dalzell SC close to Sumter. How about a much better price on a used but not too used one?
