WINSTON-SALEM, NC — One person was injured in a shooting at Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department. The person who was shot suffered non-life threatening injuries, and there is currently no active threat, authorities said.
