Paid out monthly and at end of the season. Potential to earn an additional $1,500 or more per season. Work “4-10s,” Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. What the Planting and Watering Crew does: Big Sky Landscaping’s Planting and Watering Crew Members are passionate about plants and oversee all plant health (flowers, trees, shrubs) at unique client properties. This position offers some of the most diversity of all landscaping positions: Planting flowers, delivering flowers, designing plant beds, pruning, watering, and fertilizing. Our ideal candidate profile: Interest in making new friends and being part of a productive team Interest in working outside Excited and motivated to work 40+ quality hours a week Creativity and fun Current driver’s license and a clean driving record – preferred Ability to lift 75 lbs Good time management Attention to detail Desire to learn how to safely operate equipment associated with landscaping including, but not limited to: Pruning shears, chainsaw, and chipper.
