As a Contents & Cleaning Technician you will be trained to perform various services needed on a fire, water, mold or biohazard job -- you'll be working in residential homes and on commercial properties, this is not a "sit behind a desk" kind of job! Primary Responsibilities • Perform Packouts& Packbacks – Photograph existing damage, wrap and pack boxed items as wellas furniture, relocate or load and unload from our vehicles for storage, orback to customer’s residence • Training will be provided for documenting with our system • Structure &Content Cleaning – You will be instructed on proper cleaning procedures withSERVPRO solutions and use of specialized equipment • Delivery of itemsback to customer • Inventory and loadthe work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project •Maintain a clean andorganized vehicle and clean equipment appearance •Prepare rooms/areasaccording to the work that needs to be performed on each project •Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times •Communicate with supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient processes •Performend-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown •Leave jobsite with aclean and orderly appearance Position Requirements • Experience in service industry environment a plus • Driver's license required • Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening skills • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment • Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required • Vary between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience
