Description
Very sweet 5 year old German Shepherd female for rehoming. I've been fostering her for almost a year now and it's time for her to go to her forever home.
Healthy and 100% house trained, and loves going for car rides and the dog park.
She is mostly quiet but can be very vocal at times. She is not a guard dog, she just looks intimidating because of her size. She's around 90lbs.
Gets along with other dogs and cats, and she loves children.
Not food or toy aggressive.
She's intact, but has never been bred. Just came out of heat on May 3rd.
I trained her off-leash, but she will need to get to know you well before letting her off leash so she is comfortable coming to you when called. I walk/run her 3 miles a day and we go to the dog park a few times a week or more.
She does not play fetch or is into any sort of toy that I've found. She likes rawhides and treats, but is very picky. I've been giving her "Nutri-Vet Hip and Joint Extra Strength Peanut Butter Biscuits for Large Dogs" from Tractor Supply, and feeding her 3 cups a day of "Sportmix Energy Plus" dry dog food from Tractor Supply mixed with diced cooked pork, 1 egg, 1 550mg fish oil capsule and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Asking a rehoming fee of $400.
