Cleaning Supervisor Position

We provide cleaning/ janitorial services for commercial businesses and are looking to expand our team with a Supervisor. In this position you will visit commercial accounts, perform Quality Control Inspections, train new employees and cover when needed. Qualifications Valid Driver's License Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese. Sent and respond to emails Reliable transportation Pay rate: $18 per hour Working Schedule: 05:00PM- 11:00PM Mon - Fri One weekend per month on call -Responsibilities includes: 1. Check client locations regularly to make sure the work is being done according to the schedule and according to standard. 2. Follow up on all complaints and make sure they are taken care of immediately. 3. Perform monthly written inspections (or schedule per management direction). Discuss inspections with employees performing the work and give appropriate feedback. 4. Deliver supplies and inspect the janitor closet to make sure it is clean and organized. Also ensure emergency phone numbers are posted and MSDS Sheets are available for all cleaning chemicals used in the building. 5. Meet new employees, walk them through their work area, work with and train them; follow up as required. 6. Fill in for absent employees, assist employees as needed, handle emergencies. 7. Check in with employees regularly, talk to them in a friendly manner, assign duties, and ask for feedback. 8. Answer all calls from management and employees, check in with management. 9. Report damage or emergencies to customers and/or management. -Benefits: Paid Vacation 1 paid Day Off a Month (in between on call weekends)
