A downtown Bellevue property management company is hiring janitors/custodians on all shifts! JOB DESCRIPTION - Provide high level of customer service. - Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs. - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks and countertops. - Replace supplies in the bathrooms (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) and wipes down surfaces. - Empty all trash cans, replace lines, and clean receptacles as necessary. - Place full trash bags 55-gallon bucket on castes. When full wheel to dumpster chute for disposal. - Cleaning windowsills and windows. - Maintain janitor closest in a clean safe and operable condition. - Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals. - Always wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment. - Wipe down any tables in the area; rearranges chairs and mop up any spills that may occur. - Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings and events as necessary. - Make one trip through assigned section every 30 minutes including checking the rest rooms. - Be properly equipped with dustpan, broom, putty knife, cleaning rags, and spray bottle always. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in janitorial fields preferred but not required. - Willing to submit to a background check and drug test. - Reliability. PAY - $18/hr-$20/hr depending on shift. SHIFT - First shift: 6:00am-2:45pm - Second shift: 2:30pm-11:15pm - Third shift: 10:00pm-6:30am DURATION - This is a direct hire opportunity.
