Stamp collection appraisal?

Does ANYONE know if there’s any place in the Snohomish/King County area that does appraisals and/or purchases of stamp collections? My older brother died a little over half a year ago. When my mom and little brothers were taking care of his stuff, back in Virginia, my mom grabbed the books of his stamp collection. When I was visiting her in February, she gave me a few books, and told me to get them appraised if I wanted to, and sell them. I’ve done some online looking for places, and even emailed a few (per their web page instructions) and never heard back. I don’t think I’m holding a real ‘fortune’ with these books…….But my brother was an odd dude, and didn’t really do anything cheaply or half assed. I’m pretty certain there is some value in some of these, but what it is, I have no idea.
