Bilingual Brand Ambassadors at DC Metro Stations

ITA Promotions is now hiring for Spanish Bilingual Metro Outreach Ambassadors from May 27th - June 11th, with more opportunities to work after that timeframe pending good performance. There is a paid virtual training on May 23rd at 10am. Outreach Ambassadors will inform Metro customers about upcoming service interruptions, bus stop relocations, route adjustments, shuttle service, station closures/ reopening, and assist customers with their questions or concerns. The job is performed at various DC area Metro stations, and both early morning and afternoon shifts are available, as well as weekend shifts. Candidates must speak fluent Spanish and English, be friendly, reliable, customer service oriented, vocal, and able to stand for extended periods of time in an outdoor setting.
