Description
Do you or your children use social virtual reality platforms?
Would you and your child like to share your experiences with us?
We are researchers interested in designing virtual reality spaces that are fun and safe for all participants.
We are conducting a research study designed to investigate user’s perceptions and experiences on virtual reality (VR) platforms. This study will take approximately 2 to 3 hours, over 1 to 2 days to complete.
In order to participate you must be:
An adult virtual reality platform user
A child virtual reality platform user (ages 13-17, with your parents’ consent)
A parent of a child virtual reality platform user
Participants who complete the screening survey and qualify for our purposes will be compensated $20.00 at the completion of the study (both parent and child).
This project has been reviewed and approved by the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus Institutional Review Board for the protection of human subjects.
