Why don't you actually do some research and maybe you'll learn something. One the funding for the pandemic was a bi-partisan bill so guess what that means the Dems agreed to spend that money. Unlike Biden who has done non-partisan funding in his first year he has spent more than Trump. Obama caused the highest raise in the deficit. So educate yourself.
