A local underground utility construction company called Communication Construction and Engineering is hiring for a Pipe Layer in Denver, CO.
As a Pipe Layer you should be able to:
work outdoors in any weather conditions
perform physical labor including bending, lifting, crouching, standing, etc
keep self and job site clean and organized
maintain safe work conditions
listen to instructions from crew leads
on time and on task during work hours
A Pipe Layer will learn to:
install conduits in trenches per project plans
set up traffic control
read blueprints
work around heavy machinery safely
load and unload equipment
A Pipe Layer at CCE works Monday through Friday, 7 am until 5 pm, depending on how quickly you can get your work done. There are very rarely nights or weekends, unless you volunteer, and all OT is paid time and a half. You can expect to be home every night since we very rarely travel for our work.
