This job is Full-Time only! You are required to have your own transportation to get to the job sites every day. The job sites will be around the Greensboro/High Point/Kernersville/Winston Salem areas, 5 days a week. I need 3 crews that can start immediately, 2 workers per crew. Some experience is required. First 1-2 weeks you are required to go through paid training. You’ll work 5 days a week doing window and door installations only. The first 1-2 weeks paid training, you will be shown how to do the installations properly, the way we need it done. You’ll be paid $750 a week per person for the training period and will continue to make $750 a week per person or $1500 a week for each crew of 2 if you show good production and can install 10 windows per day per crew of 2. If you start to show great production and install more than 10 windows per day 5 days a week per crew of 2, your pay will be increased to $1k per week per person or $2k per week per crew of 2. The pay can continue to go up if you show excellent production at a steady pace, 5 days a week.
