Experienced ONLY ------ White Glove Residential Delivery - Detroit Region Assistant Delivery Manager Cross Dock - Delivery / Operations Management: Furniture / White Glove Residential Management Compensation: $ 50-55K Job Status: Full Time / 5 days / Open Schedule availability / Schedule: Tues – Sat Start Time: 11am / 8 hour shift Industry: Consumer Goods / Delivery / Furniture / White Glove Furniture Delivery & Installation Warehouse Location: Allied Commerce Distribution Center 31751 Enterprise Dr. Livonia MI 48150 Cross Streets: Merriman Rd. / Plymouth Rd / Allied Drive Description The position will support the “two- person” delivery driver & helper (employee or independent contracted contractors) and associated personnel in a fast-paced, environment. Supports all facets of the operation, transportation, and delivery operations, and ensures processes and communications are aligned to meet and exceed client requirements. Ensures positive customer experience and positive client partnership. Directs the development of all warehouse personnel and operations, as well as contracted delivery partners to support the client relationship. Responsibilities · Supports a number box trucks and a culture of a team environment. · REQUIRED 1-3 years effective in managing Consumer Goods / Delivery / Home Décor or Furniture Installations - Remote teams or drivers. Skill Requirements · REQUIRED Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, and inventory control - preferably in big box consumer goods or last-mile distribution.
