Killeen, Texas 76542 ***Please come by the office to fill out an application*** Must have a valid Drivers License NATURE OF WORK An employee in this position performs work involving ordering, tracking, and following material deliveries to completion. Working with the vendors, and field staff on material orders. Tracking all small assets, vehicle, and equipment logs. Assisting the warehouse manager in any additional task needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Orders, Tracks, and follows through with continuous material to and from the job sites. Communicates with the vendors regarding material orders, backorders, and deliveries. Communicates with field personal regarding the material order status and delivery dates. Communicates directly with PMs daily / as needed. Maintains accurate material records in tracking system. Responsible for receiving and tracking all vehicle and equipment reports from field, to include collaborating with the fields workers to ensure reports are turned in weekly. Accurately track all active rental equipment, sanitary facilities and safety items on the Killeen and San Antonio job sites. Accurately track SSP assets such as small tools and small equipment, while maintaining an asset tracking log. Recognize and report damaged or missing assets. Maintain accurate logs of equipment, vehicle, maintenance, and rentals. Responsible for compiling weekly and monthly reports to management on all vehicles, equipment, assets, and rentals. Receive and process all incoming orders to the warehouse Assist in maintaining organization in the warehouse office and shop areas. Dusts and clean desks and other furniture in office. Sweeps and mops floor surfaces in office. Assisting the warehouse manager in any additional tasks as needed.
