Are there any reputable marijuana dispensaries?

How many of you reading this have been ripped off by dispensaries? I have had some serious problems with this. They remove the kief and leave you with awful tasting crap that doesn't get you high. Gee, what a "cool" city that this is allowed to happen. Owners of unscrupulous dispensaries need to either fix this problem or lose their licences. I don't know if it is the growers doing this, the dispensaries themselves, or ??? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! P.S. Only naysayers or owners of dispensaries will probably respond to this, but hopefully I am wrong.
