Property Management Company in Ithaca/Lansing looking for a full time person to join our team. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!!! Job description: Individual will be working independently or with other members of the crew. Must be organized and reliable. Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment a plus. Responsibilities: · Mow lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. · Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. · Sweep/blow walkway of debris. · Trim shrubs and pull weeds. · Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. · Water plants and grass as needed. · Clean gutters.
