PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A Trump supporter threatened to put a voter "in the hospital" during an Election Day confrontation outside a Brooklyn poll site. The confrontation unfolded as voters headed to the polls Tuesday morning at M.S. 88 on 7th Avenue in Park Slope, according to bystander Kathy Park Price, who posted a video of the encounter on Twitter. In the video, a voter is heard calling a supporter of President Donald Trump a "f---er." "Come say it to my face," the Trump supporter replied. "Get out of my face. I'll put you in the hospital." The Trump supporter and another man then walk across the street to a white SUV bearing several Trump 2020 flags, the video shows. "He is threatening physical violence," a woman off-camera can be heard asking police officers standing nearby. "Did you hear that? Is this OK?" But NYPD officials dismissed claims of voter intimidation and electioneering. "There was no interference with voting," the NYPD tweeted from the department's official account. A white SUV bearing the American flag and two Trump flags was reported to be within 100 feet of the location, which is prohibited by law, but police said the car was an appropriate distance away from the polling site. After arriving, officers discovered a Trump supporter and another voter were harassing each other outside the polling site. Officers on scene spent nearly an hour resolving this issue. "He was literally going up to voters to pick fights, there's proof. Stop lying NYPD," one person tweeted. In a separate video, a poll worker posted a video on Twitter showing who appeared to be the same man calling people off-camera "p-----s." "I'm a poll worker here in Brooklyn.
