Town of Farmington Public Works Department Truck Driver/Laborer Full-Time The Town of Farmington NH is looking to fill a full-time (40-hours/week) position for a Truck Driver/Laborer. Qualifications: A Current Class B CDL driver’s License with a good driving record required: or understanding that a CDL B is Mandatory upon position acceptance. Experience with municipal snowplowing, roadway, and drainage construction is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of construction safety practices is ideal. Experience operating a loader, backhoe, and skid steer are preferred, but the Town will train the right candidate. Candidate must be available to work overtime and be available for after hour’s emergency calls. Benefits include health, dental, supplemental life insurance, vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and a retirement program. Candidate must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent and be in excellent physical condition for construction type manual labor.
