Now Hiring Grounds & General Labor Help : Full time or Part time Summer (could possibly become a year round position) OVERVIEW: Real estate management company seeking positive individuals that enjoy the outdoors type of work with a great work ethic to fill our full-time grounds & general labor position. As a member of our team, grounds & general labor personnel assist our grounds crew in outdoor projects to keep our sites looking and feeling well taken care (plantings, trimming, ect.) as well as some general labor activities (painting, cleaning, ect.) REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: Must be able to perform physical tasks related to this position such as lifting / moving object of weight such as tools, materials, and appliances, standing, climbing, crawling. Communicate effectively, including being able to read, write and follow oral and written directions. Experience in maintenance, construction or technical school certification is ideal but not required. Will provide on the job training for right candidate. COMPENSATION: This position includes a competitive hourly wage ($15-20 based on experience), health and dental, vacation pay, holiday pay & more.
