Company prefers some manufacturing experience operating machine, however will train! Seeking upbeat and career minded individuals who have the drive to be a part of a growing establishment! This is a race to apply! 1st Shift - $18.59hr, 2nd Shift - $20.09 hr! 3rd Shift - $20.59 an hour! The Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of our wood processing equipment including automated Homag panel saws, edge banders, CNC routing & drilling equipment, and packing equipment. (Company will train!) Great attitude and be present! Consistently check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts line lead. On/off-loading of the product from, tables, rolling racks or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily. Store materials properly in warehouse. Perform other related duties as assigned. • Minimum of high school diploma or GED required. • Ability to work in all assigned areas of production; perform relief duties when required. • Ability to follow directions and work cohesively in a team environment.
