Helper for job in Alex city!

I have a job that requires removing about 50 cubic yards of leaves,pine straw and tree limbs that are scattered on the property at a lake house..(Over 100 bags.. a cubic yard is the size of a washing machine) They have to be bagged up and put on a trailer to be removed. I'm looking for a few guys that will come to work and get the job done! My lower back is bad so I have a hard time with the ground debri jobs. The pay is $100 for the day.. I will pay a nice bonus to a guy who will come knock it out! Opportunity for a full time position for the right guy. If you can't handle working in the sun and you are the type to fall apart when the work gets tough then please don't waste either of our time.. Not being rude, just honest. If you have your own TRUCK AND TRAILER and you can handle it on your own I can pay you well.. This would require you hauling away the debri the work will be done thru an app your phone where you take pics to show before/during/after of the work being completed. I also have more work to include grass cuts, small fix-it jobs, lock changes, debri removals etc!! The sky is the limit! If you are familiar with property preservation that's a huge plus!
