Looking for a long-term helper for indoor and outdoor property management. Great option for person who enjoys working with their hands and outside. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Landscaping including cutting grass, line trim, leaf blowing, raking, weeding, mulching, planting, trimming small trees • Indoor help, including light carpentry and trouble shooting • General help, including garage and workshop organization/general cleanup, furniture assembly and moving furniture Not all the above is necessary - these are just the possibilities, depending on your experience and interest. Experience preferred. You would be working both alone and with owner at times. Looking for a good work ethic and a drive for excellence. Local (West Chester/Malvern/Newtown Square/etc) a BIG plus. Must have own transport (we are not near public transportation). Pay $25/hr depending on your experience and abilities, may be more.
