We are currently looking to fill our entry-level Route Collector/ Service Technician (RCST) position in the Greater Philadelphia area. Our RCST's are responsible for the servicing and maintaining of our coin-operated amusement equipment (that's right... Arcade games!!), that we own and operate in locations such as movie theaters, indoor trampoline parks, Family Entertainment Centers, etc. Expectations: Maintain amusement equipment in customer locations in good working order. Product stocked in all dispensing equipment and company policies adhered to for cleaning and aesthetics. Responsible for accurate collection of revenue in accounts assigned and delivery of revenue to home office or specific locations. Troubleshooting & repairing amusement / dispensing equipment in locations. Games must be clean and working in all locations where possible. Requirements: Have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Able to drive for long periods of time. Available to work on Weekends and Holidays. Able to lift 75 lbs. at times. Good communication skills Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Expectations: Able to work at a high level of pace and intensity in a high paced environment. Be highly self-motivated and accountable. Must report to work on time and ready to work. Able to complete assignments and able to work in a non-supervised environment. Professional appearance at all times. Maintain a good working relationship with locations and staff. Company issued equipment must be available at all times (i.e.; phone, keys, tools).
