Seeking competent mostly electrical repairs

I'm looking for someone who can replace a front porch light fixture, re-wire the attic wiring to a bedroom light fixture, re-connect the wiring for 3-4 outlets on a circuit, & swap out the grounding rod from the old main panel to the new main panel. Possibly some minor plumbing, if you can do that. I'm looking for the happy medium between excellent work & very cheap price.
