Attic Angel Community is looking for a detail oriented, project manager to coordinate renovations at multiple locations.  Your ability to obtain bids, track progress and manage relationships with vendors, contractors and staff to ensure deadlines are met will be key to your success.   As a member of maintenance team, you will also pitch in and help with routine maintenance, snow removal, emergency call response and on-call/weekend rotation schedule.  A strong customer service focus and ability to work successfully in a team is a must.
