SAFETY HARBOR, FL — Philippe Parkway between Jefferson Street and Grand Central Avenue in Safety Harbor may close for the installation of a water main. Lane closures with flaggers are possible from Monday, Nov. 9 to Friday, Feb. 12. Traffic advisories will be sent out when detours are needed.
