Cat visiting frequently Locating the owner

Cat has been visiting my residence on about a daily basis. Always appears Hungary. Not sure of she has a home or not? very skittish but can eventually be petted,. Will not come in house and doesn't like to be pick up.Right off Rocky River Drive and near Munn. Swings by anywhere between 5:30 to 7:00 for take out only!! Please see pics., Has all white paw bottoms.
