Hate seeing all these job offerings for tough jobs when Mcdonalds is paying $16/hr starting! I myself am looking for a job. I can operate heavy equipment. All tools. Have done all facets of construction and am an able-bodied worker with no restrictions. I want to work for a good guy/company but it has to pay at least $20/hr.
