FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE POSITION FOR MULTIPLE PROPERTY LOCATIONS. Previous experience in plumbing, painting, and carpentry is preferred. Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, some Saturdays. Must pass a criminal background check/drug screening and have a valid driver's license. Salary requirements to be discussed in interview, etc. but Entry Level is up to $30.00 per-hour.
