Description
I have multiple rental houses that are in need of some work. We are getting backed up with our rental inspections with the city due to to much to do with not enough help to complete things in the allotted time. Work ranges from simple painting to window replacements. We also have our day to day maintenance issues that are starting to pile up as well. Familiar with city codes is a plus but not required. Must have own tools and transportation we will supply all the materials. We pay by the bid or by the hour depending on the need.
