Urgent! Rehoming 6 month old lab/sheppard mix

We MUST have her rehomed by tomorrow night! We've had many people email and either back out or not respond back! We recently got this wonderful 6 month old (birthdate was 11/2/21) black lab/german sheppard mix in hopes of training her to be a service dog, but she's just not a good fit for our household and even though she's an ESA, our HOA is illegally demanding she leave. She needs more space and exercise than we can provide for her. She's house trained, knows basic obedience commands, and is very good at alerting when she needs to go outside (she will tap on/scratch at the door). Good with cats and dogs. Very shy and fairly quiet. Comes with flea meds, food, treats, toys, bed, etc. Needs someone with a nice yard that can give her the time and space that we cannot. She really is a wonderful dog and we're heartbroken that we have to let her go. Rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home
