My landlord has raised my rent to $1295. and after negations, he has stated I cannot have room mates, I'm going to have to move rather soon, and hastily, or somehow delay the moving- but how?
I have 3 cats and a dog.
I have a home-based construction business, so I have lots and lots of tools and such, to move and to find a place to store them also and to keep them safe and secure.
.... and it has to be affordable, I'm single white older guy/ widowed, nonsmoker, not a druggie, and a really nice guy.
Where do I go, and what do I do...? maybe a farmhouse... maybe a roommate situation, maybe on the out skirts of town/Columbus. New beginnings for sure.
Any Suggestions?
