Catering staff/servers needed - ASAP Job Overview: We are an upscale, off premises caterer looking for catering staff and servers to work events in Orange County. Staff (including servers, catering kitchen help, and bartenders) must be able to follow instructions while setting up events, serving food and beverages, ensuring the quality of the event for guests and clients, and otherwise working efficiently with the team and event leads. Job includes: * Serving food and beverages to guests. * Setting up for events (including setting tables, setting up food stations, and otherwise preparing the event space.) * Bussing and maintaining general cleanliness during the event. * Breaking down tables and stations after events. * Loading and unloading vans/trucks going out to and retiring from events, as well as at events. Job Requirements : * Ability to follow all safety and sanitation procedures * Ability to work in a team * Very good communication skills * The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and the general fitness to be able to work on your feet, at a fast and efficient pace for up to 8 hours. * Be able to communicate in English * Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.
