We are accepting bids to rebuild our chimney chase. We purchased our home 18 months ago and have discovered the issue. Job included: - PERMIT from Village of Gurnee - Tear down rotten chimney chase and adjacent area that are rotten (this included eves boards and gutters in the area) - Remove prefab firebox and ventilation system - Disconnect electrical box in immediate area that services Radon Fan (and reinstall when finished) - Rebuild Chimney Chase to required building codes - Install new firebox and flu system (prefab) with gas logs - Removal of all scrap/rotten tear out items - Final Inspection by home owner and Village of Gurnee Inspector If you are interested in this job please respond to this ad.
