AAA CONSTRUCTION GROUP, LLC. is a growing residential home remodeler in the Chicagoland area. *SE HABLA ESPANOL We are looking for a skilled & experienced tradesman/remodelers to be lead carpenter and installers on residential renovation projects primarily bath and kitchen but not limited to. - Minimum of 3-5 years of remodeling experience in drywall, carpentry, cabinet installation, flooring and/or painting. - Electrical, Plumbing and tile experience a plus - Must have own transportation and tools - Demonstrate ability to communicate and work in a team environment - This position requires a remodeling background and skills - Effective oral and written communication skills - Effective time management skills - Must be a problem solver and independent decision maker - Must be self-motivated - Complete jobs per the agreed scope of work. Must communicate any changes or hidden conditions to project managers - You will be responsible for job preparation and clean up
